Disability Planning

This service provides assistance to people living with a disability in the Bass Coast and South Gippsland Shire areas.

Our personalised planning sessions are very flexible and may be held with the individual, families and any other support person of their choice. We are able to make home visits or meet at a convenient location, including our own offices.

Our planners understand that all individuals have differing needs. Our focus is to assist clients in developing plans that are achievable and take into account their needs and goals.
