The Clinical Nurse Consultant offers education and individual consultations for people who have asthma or any other respiratory disease.
Admission Criteria
Children, adults, carers, schools and community based services.

Admission criteria
The Pulmonary Rehabilitation program is an eight week exercise and education program coordinated by the respiratory nurse and conducted by a multi-disciplinary team to help clients to reach their goals.
Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program
Clients with respiratory disease. A doctor or other health professional's referral is preferred although self-referrals accepted.

Wonthaggi Wheezers
The Wonthaggi Wheezers is a monthly respiratory support group for clients and their carers. If you or someone you are caring for has been diagnosed with COPD, Emphysema, Bronchitis, Pulmonary Fibrosis or Bronchiectasis then the Wonthaggi Wheezers support group may be of assistance.
This group meets on a monthly basis at Garnham House within the Wonthaggi Hospital grounds from 10:30am to 12:00pm. The group is free to join, please contact the Respiratory Educator for more information on (03) 5671 3333.
