We recognise the benefits and importance of reconciliation both within the services at Bass Coast Health and the wider community. That is why our RAP is so important, it acts to ensure the spirit of reconciliation is present in everything we do. 

Our RAP will help strengthen and build relationships with our Aboriginal communities. It helps to engage our people in the journey of reconciliation, and develop innovative strategies to empower our First Nations peoples. 

This document has been developed with the consultation of First Nations communities, Reconciliation Australia, and leaders from across Bass Coast Health.
